NSOMA Foundation CIC is being set up as we write this post. The Foundations aims is to work with communities primarily in :

• England with a focus on Midlands (Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham), London (South East), Bradford (North East)
• South Asia with a focus on Pakistan / India
• UK digital focus

The Foundation is dedicated to empowering and uplifting women, non-binary individuals, and girls through the promotion of diverse and inclusive creative/sports practices. We are committed to fostering sustainability and embracing South Asian culture, while actively engaging with local communities in a positive and inclusive manner by :

• Creating and delivering creative &/or sports (football) workshops.
• Creating and delivering creative &/or sporting cultural events
• Collaborating with other practitioners, and organisations with similar objectives
• Creating and delivering content/stories/interviews for the women and girls football community
• Creating and delivering mentoring and coaching at every level, tailored to meet individuals specific needs.
• Empowering young individuals from the Global Majority by providing them with opportunities to develop leadership skills and excel in creative/entertainment/sports at a high level.
